Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support content management and CMS content uploading on marketing promotions and partnership or redemption daily support
- Handle administrative tasks including record maintenance, report generation and administrative support to the department on daily operations
- Coordinate with different internal parties for project implementation
- Support day to day activities on the loyalty programme’s partnership and redemption operations
- Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year working experience in business related assistant role
- Strong time management abilities
- Able to multi-task and work in fast pace environment
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization
- Excellent commend of MS Office applications
- Fluent in written English and Chinese
- 5 days a week (half day)
*Fresh Graduates with some clerical support experience will be considered.
