Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and high-quality business strategies and plans, both short-term and long-term , to drive business growth
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure expected outcomes and alignment with overall business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers and stakeholders
• Lead entire organization and drive employee engagement
• Analyze market dynamic and trends to identify potential opportunities and changes
• Responsible for overall budget management and P&L
• Oversee company’s compliance with all statutory requirements

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of in senior managerial position (experience in FMCG is definitely an advantage)
• Proven track record as a competent people manager
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Proven track record of building strong relationship with stakeholders
