Key Responsibilities

• Formulate business plans and marketing strategies to enhance brand equity and drive business growth
• Responsible for overall brand positioning
• Lead marketing team for planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities
• Identify key opportunities through anticipation of market trends and consumer behaviors
• Manage marketing budget and responsible for P&L with strategic focus
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines is preferred;
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marketing (experience in FMCG is definitely an advantage)
• Advanced understanding of Consumer, Market intelligence sources, and Category trends
• Excellent planning, project management and leadership skills
• Data sensitive and strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.  
• Proficient PC skills
