Job Summary

Reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager, you will support in the development and implementation of sales, marketing and PR plans and programs to build the company’s brand image and achieve business goals.  

• Assist to develop the strategic sales and pricing, marketing and PR plans and programs
• Assist to analyze, manage, execute and evaluate all marketing and PR activities and budgeting
• Liaise and manage agencies effectively for the successful launch of all sales & marketing activities and PR events
• Conduct property market research and benchmarking analysis
• Work closely with business partners in the coordination of the show flat and sales gallery design, set up and maintenance
• Assist in the production of sales & marketing collateral including but not limited to sales brochure, advertisements and promotional materials
• Provide support in the sales operation

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Real Estate or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years solid relevant working experience in sizable property developer or consultancy firm for residential projects.
• Good project management and execution for Sales and Marketing programs and initiatives.
• Familiar with The Residential Property (First-hand sales) Ordinance.
• Experience in the production of sales brochure is a plus.
• Good communication skill with proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English.
• Familiar with Window application and Chinese word processing
• Creative, presentable, proactive, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
