Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Communications team in its planning and implementation of the Company’s communications and publicity activities, media and community events, CSR programs and production of print and online publications and collaterals
• Maintain close liaison with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate the execution of the Company’s communications strategies
• To be a key team member in organising corporate and community events
• Help liaise with and review NGOs’ and community groups’ donation / sponsorship proposals and venue requests
• Assist in daily news monitoring and maintain a departmental resources database (media, photos, publications) and archive system
• Handle general enquiries from the media and the public
• Act as a central co-ordinator and administrator of the team to ensure its day-to-day smooth operations

Requirements

• Degree holder in communications, journalism, languages, marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of corporate communications or public relations experience in an in-house or agency environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• A good team player with good communications, co-ordination and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with an outgoing personality
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
