Job Descriptions:

• Event coordination and execution
• Coordinate & liaise with both internal parties and external working partners to ensure work schedules in progress and in order
• Pre-event preparation and on-site coordination including venue set-up & disassembly

Skill Requirements:

• At least with 2 years’ solid experience in event production (less experience with good attitudes will be considered for trainee position)
• Familiar with the usage of stage, lighting & sound systems is preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, mature and able to work under pressure
• Able to work on irregular hours and overtime
• Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS office applications including Word, Excel and Power point
• Immediately available is preferred
