Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales and marketing plans for product sales and hotel stay experience
• Implement the wholesale business plans and distribution planning strategies for farming products
• Identify potential networks with B2B clients to expand product distribution channels in international markets
• Liaise with agents / sales channels in designing hotel accommodation experience package to drive sales performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients and be responsible for account management
• On-Site monitoring and supervision to ensure efficient and profitable product development process
• Manage product delivery to sales channel in a cost effective manner
• Provide after-sales service and maintain excellent Customer Relationship Management
• Perform competitive market analysis with the objective of identifying market demand and potential sales opportunities
• Prepare sales performance reports for management review

Requirements

• University Graduate with at least 5 years solid corporate sales and marketing experience preferably in FMCG Industry / Hotel Industry / Tourism Industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process
• Sales-driven, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Creative, enthusiastic and dynamic approach to business with a can-do mindset
• Good organizational, analytical and time management skills with ability to comply with targets, budgets and deadlines
• Ability to work on own initiative, multi-tasking in a fast-paced changing environment and respond flexibly to changing priorities
• Mature with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Well-versed in computer applications and proficient in PC Skills
• Frequent travelling is required
