Duties :

1. Assist the Project In-charge to develop and implement a large-scale project collaboratively hosted by HKCT and a large state-owned enterprise (a mainstay on Fortune 500), from participants recruitment, promotion and training, to practicum and the entrepreneurship stage.
2. Assist in liaising with external parties and project stakeholders including but not limited to project participants, advisors, guests speakers, internal departments and the partnered organisation.
3. Maintain frequent and effective communication with individual participant and / or participating team to keep track of their progress, and ensure the smooth operation of the project.
4. Traveling to mainland will be needed for meeting with the partnered organisation, on-site visits, training activities, and individual meeting with participants when appropriate.
5. Collect participants’ data for evaluation and quality assurance purposes.
6. Provide executive and secretariat support on administration and management of the project, e.g., conduct research, consolidate data, draft write-ups, prepare meeting document and reports.
7. Assist in coordinating and managing project related events and activities.
8. Undertake other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Project In-charge.

Requirements : 

1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 4 years of working experiences, preferable for 2 years relevant to project management and coordination;
3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is a definite advantage;
4. Strengths in working with minimal supervision and attention to details;
5. Strong analytical sense and interpersonal skills;
6. Good team player, proactive & adaptive to change
7. 9-month contract
