Responsibilities:

• Work closely with OTC and Ethical sales teams to identify business opportunities and develop support plan and materials
• Formulate marketing strategies & action plans and drive execution of the marketing plan, with purpose to achieve pre-defined KPIs
• Assist to increase brand awareness and usage through integrated campaign, including ATL, BTL, digital, symposiums etc
• Work with local and regional cross functional teams and external agencies to maximize the responsible brand value
• Conduct regular business review to generate key learning for continuous improvement
• Monitor inventory with monthly demand forecast
• Manage A&P budget

Requirements:

• Degree holder in science, marketing or related disciplines
• 3-5 years’ product marketing/sales/PR experience in OTC/ETC products. Experience in handling wound care/dressing products/device products/projects/KOL engagements is an advantage.
• Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative, open-minded, willing to work under pressure and able to work independently
• Good analytical, presentation, numerical sense, interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Computer proficiency and digital understanding
