Your Responsibility:

• Develop business development discussion with existing clients, and together with Business Development team, orchestrate digital and native ad. marketing products and services, plan online marketing campaign to clients.
• Be the central servicing contact point and the integral push to create deeper synergy and integration between all merchant partners and Bespoke Team. 
• Formulate short, mid, long term activity plan to maximise revenue and drive incremental impact for merchant partners.  
• Monitor market intelligence and update team over trend and advise tactics and action plan. 
• Build strong relationships to maintain outstanding customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist team over ad-hoc events and special projects. 
• Participate in Wedding Expo and be hands-on in expo-like event and operation.

Our Requirement:

• 3-5 years experience working at a media agency, publisher, or other B2B role managing “farmer” style sales activities
  
• Knowledge of Asia Miles program management would be a clear advantage
• Must be company-focused, self-motivated, sales-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with client-facing role
• Proficient with MS Office, and knowledge of CRM i.e. Salesforce / Hubspot / Monday etc. 
• Take ownership, and always embrace a positive "can-do" attitude. 
• Fluent written and oral English and Mandarin would be a huge advantage. 
• Ability to work under pressure and a constantly changing start-up like environment (growing kind-of change of course!)
