Job Description
My client is a fast growing creative agency which provide advertising and promotion solution. They provide flexibility and energetic working environment. Now they looking for a Business Development Manager who would be responsible for develop new business, account servicing and sales pitching.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities & seek new customers to achieve the sales target
- Work closely with the team and lead team to achieve long & short term project objectives
- Create content, plan and launch advertising campaigns
- Monitor and understand industry and competitive trends and how they affect internal product development and current partnership strategies
- Maintain the customers' relationship and provide pre/after-sale service
- Formulate strategies to build awareness and engagement for brands
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 3 year sales experience in media industry
- Proactive, independent and a good team player
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese, both spoken and written
- Candidate with more experience/ proven track record will be consider for Senior Sales Manager
