Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and follow up orders independently
• Closely monitor order status to facilitate on-time delivery
• Handle sourcing, product development and production follow up
• Follow customers’ required processes and standards to ensure on time approvals
• Prepare cost sheet, sales confirmation, purchase orders and timing and action schedule
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of order
• Schedule and prepare for meetings with buyers 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably in toys industry
• Well organized, detail oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Some travel necessary
