Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the Buying team in the development and execution of merchandise assortment and buying plans for achieving the sales & profit targets based on the seasonal business plan
• Understand retail environment, suggest relevant assortment and allocation plan based on distribution strategy.
• Liaise with vendors on shipment, pricing and purchase ordering issues
• Monitor of sell thru and suggest quick response solution for stock transfer, replenishment, etc
• Arrange seasonal product training material and market research analysis
• To provide all co-ordination and product management administration for the team

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Fashion & Textiles or business discipline
• With 3 years of experience in buying and merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry
• Having e-commence experience is beneficial
• Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
• Hands on analytical skills in MS Excel and ERP systems
