Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and purchasing activities for Toys related products and components;
• Negotiate price, contract terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost; target and implement benchmarking exercise to ensure price is competitive;
• Identify and explore potential new suppliers from the market and maintain Preferred Vendor List;
• Manage and review all aspects of supplier performance and conduct regular vendor assessment;
• Achieve pre-set cost objectives and enhance the supply chain flexibility to meet production and customers’ needs;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with relevant sourcing experience, and must have prior working experience in toy’s field;
• Form 7 or above education;
• Able to work independently and self-motivated;
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English, able to speak Mandarin;
• Proactive, good communication skills with suppliers and inter-departments.
