Responsibilities:

• Source the right suppliers/factories that fits the commercial buying strategy;
• Process product inquiries, price quotation, bench-marking and negotiation;
• Ensure correct master data of product and vendor to be created and maintained for procurement;
• Sample handling, logging, packing and delivery arrangement;
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure their understanding and meet with our requirement;
• Comply work according to social compliance and quality assurance policies;
• Ensure supplier understands and complies customer procedures and workflows;
• Order follow up to ensure shipment on time;
• Sample handling, logging, packing and delivery arrangement.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above graduate or (graduated in Sourcing/ Procurement or related disciple will be an advantage);
• 3 - 5 years’ solid merchandising experience in Toys in European trading, sourcing or buying office is preferable;
• Sound product knowledge and familiar with European market and testing standards;
• Team Player and able to work independently;
• Accurate and attention to details;
• Structured and analytical with good problem-solving skills;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Good project management skills, able to meet deadlines;
• Excellent of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Office, experience in Vlookup and Pivot table would be a plus;
• Experience in SAP System would be a plus;
