Responsibilities:

• Carry out Request for Quotation (RFQ) exercise, identify and evaluate potential suppliers and prepare relevant purchases orders
• Support tender process and prepare relevant document including tender invitation, vendor evaluation and supplier selection.   
• Process and negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing, terms and delivery
• Maintain Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors for Purchase Order matters
• Conduct spend data analysis and prepare regular report
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain or other related discipline
• 3 years or above of relevant procurement experience from sizable organization
• Solid experience in ERP system, SAP is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, Vlookup) and PowerPoint required
• Flexible, cooperative and positive team player
• Strong communication and analytical skills to interact with stakeholder and supplier
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, Putonghua would be an advantage
