Responsibilities

- 文書/數據處理：報價單回收, 承認, UPLOAD處理、MOULD CUSTODY關聯所有文書處理、RoHs關聯所有文書處理、會計關聯所有文書處理

- 資料作成：品質關聯所有文書, 新規ITEMS模具關聯所有文書, 供應商 新規/再監査關聯所有文書、交納日程關聯所有文書

- 文書整理 (filing)：所有IPO採購部內文件處理對應

- 會議對應：聯絡開會，預約、準備會議室及備品

- 對外對應：社內關聯各部門對應, 各供應商所有關聯對應

Requirements

- Knowledge of CAD or Mechanical
