Job Duties:

• Provide garment information to customers.
• Work closely with factories independently.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Problem solving in bulk production and liaise with internal teams and suppliers to provide guidance and technical support.
• Maintain Excel schedules for customer orders and production status.
• Perform ad-hoc as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma preferable.
• At least eight years of relevant experience in knitted wear.
• Travel regularly to China.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Good communication skills in both English and China/Mandarin.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Flexible, responsible and reliable.
