Responsibilities:

• Proactive lead and organize the daily execution of merchandising activities from sample to shipment

• Good product knowledge of plush & soft toy item, costing techniques, vendor development, and coordination with production plants for timely delivery of shipment.
• Work closely and effectively with the other departments (QA/QC/Shipping etc) and vendors to keeps the time and action plans of each order, ensuring smooth daily merchandising operation to meet product requirement and shipment deadline on time.
• Monitor and follow up on all internal and external parties on product development, product specification setup, testing and production schedule.
• Communicate and closely follow up with both overseas buyers and factories.
• Occasional China or overseas travelling is required.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Graduates

• Strong sense of leadership and excellent interpersonal relationship
• Over 5 years of merchandising experience especially in Toys field.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of merchandising operations and procedures.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, energetic, able to meet deadlines, work under pressure with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
