      Key Qualifications

• Dynamic, driven personality, highly motivated to make a difference.
• Experience in leading operational teams ( sales support, merchandising & Shipping )
• Strong people management & leadership skills, ability to lead, coach and develop a customer focused team.
• Experience working with staff in Mainland China.
• Experience in the toy industry, ideally in OEM business.
• Experience in production planning / scheduling.
• Flexible, ability to deal with ambiguity in a challenging environment.
• Effective communication ability in English and Mandarin.

         JOB Responsibilities    

• Be the key contact point in the Hong Kong Office for customers.
• Lead a customer focused team of Merchandisers, assure efficient team work to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Work together with the GM(HK) to establish clear rules and processed for the sales to order process.
• Co-ordinate trade show planning.
• Coordinate on regular base with Engineering Team to assure customer order cycles and product development progress are aligned.
• Work with GM on capacity planning and order prioritization to assure customer needs are met, while optimizing production efficiency and costs.
• Build relationship with local buying offices.
• Occasional travel to China plant & overseas tradeshow is required.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
