Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing
• Prepare vouchers, cheques and account statements
• Handle customer/vendor settlement
• Prepare month‐end closing, yearly closing, ,cash flow, balance sheet, profit & loss report, management reports
• Daily accounting operations
• Prepare financial standing report (e.g. latest audited financial report, trading profit and loss account, profit tax return
• Make forecasts for future budget needs
• Suggest improvements to increase profits  
• Assist in prepare detailed business plan (e.g. information on source of funds, estimated capital injection, expected turnover, sales volume, gross and net profit in the coming year
• Perform daily accounting routines such as handling invoices, payments, receipts & posting
• Responsible for tax return in order to comply statutory req.
• Responsible for monthly salary check and assist in payroll when necessary
• Liaise with external auditors
• Responsible for the approval process (claims process/approval)
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder
• Member of HKICPA/ACCA  or equivalent professional qualifications preferred
• At least 7 years relevant experience
• Team player, multi-tasking, self-motivated, detail-oriented and good sense of responsibility 
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese is a must
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
