Responsibilities:

• Set periodic capacity roll-up calendar based on multi brands/product categories development calendar
• Lead & drive global forecast validation & consolidation for capacity roll-up & material positioning
• Partner with regional planning teams to ensure on-time forecast submission
• Partner with vendor management team on vendor capacity booking
• Propose & align material pre-book volume with brands & regional planning teams
• Global & regional buy plan alignment with regional planning teams and merchandise planning team lead
• Set consolidated buy calendar based on multi brands/product categories development calendar
• Lead & drive global buy execution
• Conduct business analysis and recommend changes to reports and processes as necessary to streamline supply chain processes and activity in support of continuous improvement
• Review planning and buy process with key stakeholders and drive improvements

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Supply Chain Management or Business related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience in global supply management with partners in multiple regions, i.e. European countries, US, and Asia
• Experience in supply planning as well as global buy management for multi brands is highly desirable, preferably in retail industries
• Experience in new brand integration, system migration and operations planning is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing, capacity & material management and business process standardization & improvement
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail knowledge in PLM and ERP systems e.g. SAP is an advantage
• Excellent oral and written English and Mandarin
