COMPANY SECRETARY ASSISTANT OFFICER / TRAINEE

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in company secretarial works for HK and offshore companies, such as Annual Returns, Minutes and Resolutions
• Handle banking matters including the opening bank accounts
• Maintain and update statutory records
• Liaison with clients
• Undertake company secretarial ad-hoc tasks

Requirements: 

• Holder of Diploma or Degree in corporate governance, business administration, secretarial studies, or related discipline
• 1-2 years related company secretarial experience preferable in corporate services or CPA firms. No experience is required for trainee
• Good command of Cantonse, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Responsible, independent in work, pro- active and attentive to details
