Responsibilities：

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience with real estate focus, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Defines scope of work and manages property related projects (including valuation and review of 3rd party appraisal reports);
• Be familiar with accounting and valuation standards relating to property valuations for financial reporting purposes;
• Takes responsibility for the quality of the team’s work products and addressing the needs of the client, the Firm and other stakeholders including compliance.

Requirements:

• University graduates, major in surveying and real estate;
• Professional qualification such as MRICS/MHKIS preferred;
• Minimum two years relevant experience;
• Excellent research, financial modelling and analytical skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Team players, who work effectively under pressure;
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both spoken and written are essential;
• Work experience in property consultants will be a plus.
