Responsibilities:

• Global forecast validation and consolidation for multiple brands and product categories
• Capacity planning and nominated material consumption simulation
• Vendor production and material lead-time checking and validation for buy plan creation
• Global buy execution and PO issuance to vendors
• Manage product flow from order placement till fulfillment
• Negotiate with regions on order Qty to minimize upcharge on production & shipment MOQ
• SAP PO generation, revision and validation
• Track demand fluctuations to identify any potential supply issues
• Resolve capacity & material excess/ shortage issues with vendors and regional planning team
• Assist Supply Planning Manager on nominated material demand simulation & capacity roll-up
• Responsible for the reporting of Supply related KPIs and follow-up actions
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Supply Chain Management or Business related disciplines
• 3-year or above relevant work experiences; experience in supply planning, sourcing, apparel industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of supply chain business models, planning and forecasting process
• Practical experience in SAP. Knowledge in PLM system
• Proactive coordination with stakeholders on problem solving
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good in MS Excel
• Excellent oral and written English and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supply Planning Assistant
