Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling company secretarial matters for companies incorporated in Hong Kong, offshore, PRC and other jurisdictions 
• Maintain/update statutory records, filing and regulatory compliance
• Assist in coordinating board and shareholders’ meetings and prepare related meeting materials
• Assist in preparing announcements, interim and annual reports, and circulars
• Liaise with internal and external parties on company secretarial issues
• Responsible for the departmental routine and administrative work 
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant disciplines
  
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience
• Well-versed in company secretarial practice with basic knowledge of the requirements of Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules and SFO
• Student Member of the ICSA/HKICS, or formal training in company secretarial or corporate governance is preferred
• Team player with Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, well-organized and independent
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office applications with Chinese word processing
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
