Requirements

• Degree holder in Surveying, Estate Management or equivalent
• MHKIS or MRICS
• Two years post qualification experience
• Advanced MS Excel skills and Chinese word processing
• Conversant with valuation models
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuation and due diligence work
• Supervise team members to accomplish projects
• Review valuation and consultancy reports
• Prepare proposals and presentation material
• Short business trips to mainland China or overseas are required
