Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate / Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 8 to 10 years retail, commercial and residential leasing and property management experience
• Familiar with lease portfolio administration, processes and procedures
• Strong negotiation skill in leasing deals and make recommendations
• Highly motivated and result-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability would be a definite advantage

Responsibilities:

• Marketing and leasing of units
• Attending property viewing with agents and / or potential tenants
• Conduct periodic market research and analysis and prepare update market reports
• All leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy preparation, budget preparation, takeover and handover of premises, manage tenants fitting-out works and ad-hoc duties
• Manage variance in leasing control parameters, including income receivable, vacancy, market trends and customer turnover
• Plan, coordinate and oversee renovation projects, repair and maintenance works
• Formulate annual budgets and forecasts, manage costs and investment feasibility studies
