• Provide property agency services and tenant advisory services to our client
• Daily support of database updates/listings and market analysis
• Lease negotiation and Project Management
• Handle Sales & Purchase

Job Requirements:

• Team player, Energetic, Aggressive, Ambitious, Excellent Communication Skill, Presentable, Self-initiative, Strong Problem Solving Skill, and reward-driven
• University or tertiary education background preferred;
• 2 years or above real estate or relevant corporate service experience (Fresh graduates with no working experience shall also be considered as junior grade);
• EA licence holder preferred (candidates with no EAA licence are also welcomed as Business Development Officer)
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese;
