• Agree with the vision and mission of Joyful (Mental Health) Foundation, with full time working experience of operation in the charity / non-profit organization is compulsory;
• Bachelor degree in Psychology or Counselling with work experience in the field of Psychology or Counselling is compulsory;
• Experience in handling of suicidal prevention or emotion support hotline is compulsory;
• Strong communication skill, be active, enthusiastic at work, responsible, detailed mind, willing to embrace and overcome challenges in work, capable to work well under deadlines, and determined to serve for more than 1 year;
• Strong English and Chinese proficiency to assist Team Manager to translate professional psychological documents;
• Responsible for work of Education and Services team, including daily administration, resources management, different assigned projects, assist in planning for the team development, and other assigned duties from Team Supervisors;
• Daily management to the related works of the volunteers, hotline volunteers, and clients’ database;
• Good teamwork and able to work closely with Team Manager, Team Project Assistant, Counsellor Team, Hotline Team and volunteers;
• Patient, polite and tactful in working with service users;
• To organize events collaborated with local district NGOs / Social Welfare Department;
• To assist Team Manager to plan and organize all education and services programs and events;
• To assist Team Manager to manage the daily routine of Education and Service team when the manager is absent, and to execute the guidelines and procedures;
• At least 3 years' related working experience preferred.
