Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Business Development Team. Assist in coordination with customers, quotation preparation and after sales services to maintain high service standards.
• Assist in developing and proposing solutions to meet client’s requirement, for well alignment with management vision
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for project implementation and operation follow-up, to ensure smooth execution of business growth.
• Plan business meetings, record meeting minutes and inform related parties and resources for close follow-up.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and filing system.
• Provide administrative support, prepare business reviews and compile management reports.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing and evaluating market information.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements:

• Available for a full time summer internship;
• Internship starts in June/July 2019 or subject to candidate's earliest availability
• University Student (Business Administration / Sales & Marketing or relevant disciplines are preferred but not a must). 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in MS Office i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
• Secretarial training is an advantage.
• Self-driven, positive work attitude, able to work independently and meet tight deadline. Organized, detail-minded and service-oriented.
