Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day shop operations include daily sales performance, inventory control

Assist the shop Manager to provide all necessary guidance, motivation, and support to the subordinate.

~ To ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved.

~ To handle customer complaints and enquires.

~ To ensure the store image constantly complies with company guidelines.

Analysis of daily sales figures by-products categories monitoring the achievement of the monthly budget and implementing any necessary corrective measures.

~ Monitor CRM and create a customer base for future purpose.

Job requirements:

~ Strong organizational and problems solving skills.

~ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks.

~ Excellent leadership, people management skills to communicate with final customers to generate better results to achieve sales target.

~ Successful track record in achieving sales target.

~ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel.

~ Minimum of 3 year's relevant experience in luxury fashion brands.

~ High energy and self-motivated.

~ Mature with excellent interpersonal skills.

~ Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
