Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Client Service Manager to monitor all customer service and related activities in the department;
  • Coordinates the activities of direct reports to enhance communication, eliminate redundant efforts to view opportunities to consolidate client services efforts;
  • Ensure direct reports organize and coordinate client account work in a timely and profitable manner; Investigate opportunities to gain efficiencies in current process
  • Ensure Program Requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and updated throughout the organization;
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Support Services, Quality Assurance, Sales, Business Development and other affiliated stakeholders to ensure that clients experience superior service;
  • Support and mentor team in preparing client proposals, report specifications, technical information, and leverage data to add value for client programs;
  • Prepare client proposals, report, specifications, technical information, etc.
  • Provide technical consulting services to clients;
  • Follow up on inquiry calls; respond to specific client inquiries promptly and professionally;
  • Participate in trade shows and technical conferences;
  • Work with business support to bill clients in a timely, concise and profitable manner
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of procedures, client requirements, and technical subject matter and utilize that knowledge to provide superior service and manage programs;
  • Manages the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Textile Technology / Chemistry / Applies Physics / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 4 to 8 years’ Customer services experience in factory audit / merchandising / inspection / laboratory testing
  • A team leader with excellent sense of customer focus, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken & written English;
  • Immediate available is preferred;
  • Candidate with less experience will consider as Senior Client Services Specialist.
