Job Description

Report to Head of Retail & Assistant Retail Operations Manager in Head Office based in Hong Kong and responsibilities are listed in below:

Duties:

l Provide administrative support to Retail department in office

l Prepare retail sales reports with analysis and accurate information for Management review on daily/weekly basis

l Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by Dept Head

Requirements:

l Diploma or above graduate especially in Fashion & Retail or relevant subject is highly preferred

l With at least 1 year relevant experience especially in Fashion Retail field is highly preferred

l Strong communication skill to handle different levels of people from internal & external

l Good numerical sense to deliver accurate reports and analysis

l Fluent in spoken Mandarin and written English and Chinese

l Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

l Travel to PRC on occasional basis

l Immediately available is highly preferred
