Responsibilities: 

• Provide and/or tailor make best solutions to potential clients
• Head projects from lead generation, proposal development, pitching to execution
• Drive and develop sales together with the sales team towards sales target
• Maintain good and long-term relationship with existing and potential partners and stakeholders
• Report to Head of Sales

Requirements:

• A self-driven, motivated and genuine sales person
• 3 years or above sales-experience, preferably gained from advertising agencies or strategy consulting firms or similar environment
• Proven track record of sales success and client relationships
• Knowledge of marketing strategy and branding. Familiarity with the main thought models.
• Experience in consultative service development and sales.
• Technically savvy, familiar with social media, digital marketing and the latest industry trends
• Experience with customer surveys, focus groups, market research etc. is an advantage.
• Strong presentation and oral/ written communication skills for sales / pitch deck development
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Well connected within the industry
