To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Operate front-line staff to do the routine job duties (i.e based on passengers flight schedule to dispatch different order)
• Manage the flow of work for all front-line staff throughout the various airport locations to ensure that all services are delivered in a timely manner
• Answer customers’ telephone calls and handle with customer’s complaints
• Manage, monitor, use, update daily flight schedule dispatch control system
• Manage day-to-day front-line staff work schedule and roster to optimize manpower resource

Requirement: 

• Secondary 5 or above
• Solid working experience in customer services is an advantage
• Experience in Aviation Industry is preferable
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in computer knowledge
• Good command of spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Shift duty is required
