Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand building strategies, marketing and communication plans for skin care & health food products
• Involve in developing strategies for new products from idea generation, research, formula development, package design to product launch
• Responsible for the overall performance of the brand including establishing pricing, promotion and distribution strategies and plans to achieve optimal results
• Conduct market research and data analysis, draw insights and propose business actions
• Identify brand opportunities and challenges for growth and development
• Monitor Advertising and Promotion budget
• Achieve sales and profitability targets

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• A minimum of 4 years’ FMCG and marketing experience
• Innovative and drives for changes
• Excellent planning and project management skills
• Data sensitive and strong analytical skills
