The Job

As a member of our NowTV Sales Planning team, you will assist the Manager to plan and implement sales strategy to achieve business targets and objectives.  Major duties include but not limited to:

• Plan and implement different sales program e.g. sales incentive scheme, sales performance award
• Coordinate with various internal parties to review sales process in order to improve efficiency
• Evaluation of sales performance and prepare business report to management
• Work closely with Sales Team / Marketing team to develop sales program in a timely manner

The Person

• Bachelor degree holder in business, statistics, marketing or related discipline
• 1 - 2 years working experience in marketing preferably gained in marketing / telecommunications industry
• Strong analytical thinking, self-motivated and independent judgment
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel / PowerPoint
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
