The Job 

• Responsible for leading sales teams to achieve the assigned sales target in order to increase the Company's revenue
• Lead and drive the team to sell our products and services for all segment
• Responsible for building and enhancing customer relationship in order to increase customer satisfaction

The Person 

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 1 year solid experience in managing sales team, preferably with sales management experience
• Strong business acumen in driving the team to meet sales targets and goals
• Sales and customer oriented with strong leadership and people management skills
• Mature, aggressive and initiative
• Excellent selling, interpersonal and communication skills
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
