Major Responsibilities

• To review and manage a tender / quotation into a workable solution
• To submit a detailed response to the tender query and provide responses to any subsequent requests for clarification
• To develop costing as part of the tender / quotation process
• Responsible for project management, including project objective formulation, design, preparation of tender document, job budget, contract administration and technical submissions
• To ensure the project is delivered in high quality, within the timeline and budget

Job Requirement

• Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• With experience with construction related project
• Knowledge of Building Services equipment and installation standards, requirements, regulations, and related ordinances; practical experience of installation would be beneficial
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good team player with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Work under tight deadlines, high sense of responsibility and with good coordination skills
• Good Knowledge of MS Office and familiar with AutoCAD would be an advantages
• Immediately available / short notice is highly preferred
