Job Description
Reponsibilities :
- Handling inbound & outbound services calls on CS issues including enquiries and payment reminders
Requirements :
- Form 5 or above, at least 1 year CS or call centre experience preferable
- Patient, mature team player and good communication skills
- Immediate available preferable
- No shift duty required
