Job Descriptions
- Reporting to GM of CompAsia Hong Kong, you will be responsible to manage, develop and drive the international business of CompAsia on used phones for incremental revenue and profit.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plan, taking personal responsibility for meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and profit targets.
- Develop and implement tactical sourcing strategies.
- To deal with overseas customers and suppliers independently.
- Review and analyze the current situation of global smartphone market and conduct sales report to senior management periodically.
- Rapidly develop the trust and confidence of both CompAsia and partner organizations, serving as a credible and trusted advisor.
- Develop and maintain a superior level of product and market knowledge in support of understanding and discussing a myriad of business issues facing organizations, and the best practices and problem-solving solutions offered by CompAsia.
- To expand existing partner relationships, include existing or new product offerings thus leading to new revenue opportunities.
- Knowledge of and ability to coordinate multiple and diverse options for selling organization's products and services.
- Other device lifecycle management projects assigned from time-to-time.
Job Requirements
- An undergraduate degree is required.
- A minimum 3 years of related work experience in the smartphone / consumer electronics industry. (Experience with used phones / international business development with be an advantage)
- At least 1 year in managerial position.
- Experiences of international trade to Europe, Middle-East, America and Africa are highly preferred.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales growth targets.
- Excellent ability to manage competing priorities, work in a fast-paced startup environment and identify opportunities to improve processes and exceed the business plan deliverables.
- A strong analytical and consultative thought process that is effectively utilized to solve problems and generate new business opportunities.
- Ambitious, passionate, proactive, independent.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, organization, decision making and leadership skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Position requires international travel.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
