Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all inventory operation activities of third-party logistics service provider and to ensure warehousing and delivery services provided are maintained at par with quality standards agreed.
• Follow up daily purchase requisition orders from sales team or customers, compete data entry in system, and monitor delivery schedule to ensure smooth and timely sales fulfillment.
• Track order, delivery and shipment discrepancy and address relevant problems.
• Ensure all inventory information in the system such as stock level, item description & code, price, pack size & unit dimension is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare regular stock reports on weekly and monthly basis to facilitate operation review and planning.
• Review and monitor status of surplus, obsolete, near-expiry and damaged stock, and flag management for remedial actions.
• Prepare and facilitate all import & export document requirements and declaration for shipments.
• Work closely with different internal departments to ensure replenishment activities are properly implemented and executed.
• Oversee stock take activities and assist in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system.

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma holder / tertiary educated
• 2 years or above working experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management or Logistics
• Prior experience in wholesale environment of consumer goods an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• A positive mindset, detail-oriented and strong numerical sense
• Self-Initiative and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
