Job Description

Responsibilities 

Responsible to sell the following BSI products & services

  • Training – Training on ISO Standards requirement, implementation and audit
  • Certification Assessment Assessment/Audit services towards compliances with International Standards (e.g. ISO 27001 Information Security Management System)
  • Product Certification – IoT Testing (Internet-Of-Things, including penetration testing)
  • Subscription for Online Standards Library (BSOL) and hard copy Standards

Business Development & Managing Sales Process

  • Business Development - Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conference, as well as through market research. Arrange client meeting to understand customer needs and to present our products and services.
  • Customer Account Management – Proactively keep track of customers’ needs and satisfaction level to encourage existing customers to continue using our products/ services, and issue renewal contracts. Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell / cross-sell more products and services.
  • Managing Sales Process – Ensure sales data are captured correctly on the system, and to ensure full set of signed contract and customers’ company profile are passed over to operation team for scheduling products/service delivery as soon as possible.
  • Managing Sales & Marketing Strategies – Formulating, executing and monitoring Sales & Marketing strategies to strive for growth in Revenue & Profit of the responsible customer sector and product domain, including to report the performance to management team on a regular basis.
  • Managing Sales Channels and Communities – Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and business partners to promote our products and services.
  • New Product Development – Lead the Go-To-Market and Launching Plan for new products developed by the Group, as well as closely keep track of demand in the market and work closely with technical team to develop new product for our target markets and customers.

  Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications 

  • University Degree level or above in any discipline
  • 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in sales and business development.
  • Energetic with an “Hungry for Sales” attitude, be result and KPI driven
  • Enjoy achieving and over-achieving targets
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese Cantonese & Mandarin is a plus
  • Knowledge on ISO and other Standards for the Finance, ICT Sector and Information Security domain (e.g. ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, ISO 20001 IT Service Management System, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc) will be advantageous
  • Having working experience in the Finance & ICT Sector or in the area of Information Security domain will be advantageous
  • Having experience and network with Multinational Corporation or China Enterprise (中資) will be advantageous
