FocusCore Recruit is an Asia-wide recruitment firm specialising in helping consumer and retail businesses identify talented professionals in record time. We are recruiting a Business Development Manager for a global retail brand to be based in Hong Kong.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be working with the Sales Director to grow with the brand and sales across all channels in Hong Kong. You will also work closely with the distributors/franchisees to ensure their objectives are well-aligned with the value of the company. You will be involved in working closely with the distributor for frontline sales training, to make sure the brand and product knowledge is well delivered to the customer. You will also work with the internal stakeholders on various sales projects such as CRM program and process improvement.  

Apply if you have more than eight years of experience working in retail businesses. Project management experience is a plus. Experience working with distributors and frontline staff training is a plus. Good understanding of the local HK market is required. Spoken English and Cantonese is a must.
