Overall Role of the SDR: Convert incoming leads into qualified prospects

• Create target lists of customers and fill your day with prospecting

• Leverage email, phone, and social media to connect with, qualify and set appointments with new prospects

• Quick to respond to objections with positive, valuable suggestions and counterpoints.

• Listen to customers for key pain points and opportunities for net2phone to solve their problem, make their lives easier and make their businesses run more efficiently

• Schedule demos on account executive’s calendars

• Provide a positive transition experience and seamlessly hand off qualified prospects to the Account Management team.

• Log deal related information and activities accurately into our CRM system

This is primarily an in-office position – where all the action is!

Requirements

• A university graduate, someone looking for a career change or an experienced sales prospector; Prefer 1 – 2 years experience

• A relationship builder who understands customers’ needs, wants and pain points

• Solution oriented and enjoy solving problems who can also be competitive when needed

• A great communicator on the phone, in email and in person with any level in an organization

• Highly organized, self-starter with strong time management skills. Microsoft Office skills.  

• Willing to learn and develop in a fast-growing company

• Cantonese and intermediate English
