Our Client is a global logistics and security professional for luxury goods. Now they are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join their company. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of Accounting, including reconciling of inter-company transactions
• Daily entry AR & AP transactions and checking agencies statement timely and accurately
• Monthly reconcile account transaction between the accounting system and the operation system
• Prepare closing Journal and monthly bank reconciliation
• Work with subsidiaries or other parties to collect information for compliance reporting

Requirements:

• High Diploma with a major in accounting or above 
• 1 to 3 years' accounting experience. Experience in the shipping, logistics or air-freight field is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with MS Excel, Words
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication skills; self-motivated and able to organize work in busy environment
• Immediate available preferred
