• Carry out external billing activities with formal supporting documents and in compliance with contractual billing terms
  
• Arrange inter-/intra-company, JV and site billing
  
• Proactively follow up the invoice with Project Director and Project Manager, and as well as client. 
  
• Update fee bill forecast schedule
  
• Collaborate with different finance team members and business stakeholders on planning (timing and activities) and executing invoicing strategies
  
• Filing and administrative matters, plus any ad-hoc tasks

• High diploma or above with major in Accounting/Finance/Commerce
  
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from a sizable firm
  
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
  
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and self-motivated
  
• Good sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel)
  
• Good in Chinese word processing
  
• Knowledge in Oracle would be an advantage
