Your Role

• Responsible for the accounts payable and receivable;
• Provide accurate data entry and accounting support;
• Prepare the daily cheque issuing for various companies and director’s requirement;
• Handle bank account movement, record update and reconciliation;
• Assist in month-end accounting closing and general administrative works;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Your Profile

• F.6 or above with LCCI Intermediate level / Diploma in Accounting;
• With relevant accounting experience is preferred but not a must;
• Proficiency in MS Office application such as Excel;
• Responsible, detail-minded with proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills;
• Stable, mature and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
