Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing lease proposals (including shops, offices and serviced apartments) and cost proposals (including procurement of goods & services, renovation works, and repair & maintenance in a super-sized complex consisting of shops, offices, serviced apartments, hotels, etc.)
• Conduct market research, analyze and evaluate information available and prepare reports in the evaluation of the completeness and the reasonableness of proposals received
• Intensive on-the-job training and guidance from the supervisor and the Manager-in-charge will be provided

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting, auditing, surveying, engineering or related discipline (Auditing and reporting skills will be trained on-the-job)
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in related fields
• Self-motivated in getting the work done, willing to learn and complete the work on time
• Proficient in PC applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Candidate with professional qualifications (or finalist) in related fields will be preferred
